Sony Mobile (formerly known as Sony Ericsson Mobile) is a subsidiary of electronics giant Sony. The company's Xperia series from Windows Mobile OS has moved to Android and is an important part of today's smartphone market. Some of the phones sold by the company are waterproof and dustproof. Sony Interactive Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony, was founded in 1993 and later produced the PlayStation series of game consoles as well as acclaimed and successful video game series such as "God of War" and "Uncharted Waters".
Sony's latest mobile phone is Xperia Ace. The smartphone was launched in May 2019. The phone is equipped with a 5.00-inch touch screen with a resolution of 1080 pixels x 2160 pixels.
